He came to Wrexham as a Boy from Ireland and had a successful Chandlery and Brewery business. He was a Roman Catholic and did not attend the parish church, but the Mayor sent a cheque to the Infirmary of a substantial sum to make up from the collections from the Parish Church. He lived at Plas Derwen and Died on Dec 25th 1890 aged 63. Researched by John Davies.
